Filter Lactation
On the News Feeds you can filter what shows up in the feed with the filters menu by clicking on the option seen in the screen shot below.

Click it and it pops up with 3 options.
The first is the option to change the feed from community, which is all public posts, to friends, following, or all your saved posts, or all your scheduled posts.
The second option is the the option to show or not to show your posts on your feed
The 3rd option is to change the feed from new posts, new post & comments, & only pinned posts. The default here is posts and comments so that any comments will pop the post back to the top.
